Kangin and Eeteuk were in their rooms, however, today was somehow different. Kangin wasn't talking, and Eeteuk was starting to think that something was wrong. "Kanginnah, is there something wrong?" Eeteuk asked. Kangin, who was lying on his bed, staring into the ceiling, answered, "Hyung, was it absolutely necessary to reveal yourself in front of someone? What if the female lied and she's telling everyone right now?" Eeteuk shook his head, and replied, "She's an E.L.F. She wouldn't do that for us. She's a good person, just tricked by 3 older students. And besides," Eeteuk got off from using the computer, and sat next to Kangin, still laying down on his bed. "she doesn't want to disappoint us. She's a true fan." Kangin sat up, and looked into Eeteuk's eyes. "What if she's not? She could be lying about this?" Eeteuk sighed, and questioned, "So, did you think that all of that crying and begging she did, was fake?" Kangin nodded, and happily answered, "Yup." Eeteuk groaned, and threw a hand onto his head. "Kangin, I trust her. Why can't you trust me trusting someone who lost her trust in someone who she used to trust?" Kangin dug his face into his hands and mumbled, "Too. Much. Trust."
Eeteuk sighed, and stated, "Listen, you trust me right?" Kangin looked up and smiled. "Yes. Yes I do very much." Eeteuk giggled, and smiled back. "So, just trust me when I'm trusting someone." Kangin looked down at the blanket on his bed, and sighed. Eeteuk pouted, and suddenly asked, "Baby, are you jealous?" Kangin quickly looked up and exclaimed, "What? No! Of course not!" Eeteuk smirked and crossed his arms, waiting for Kangin to tell the truth. He didn't. Kangin stood up, and studdered, "You're-you're crazy!" before leaving the bedroom to the living room. Eeteuk, who watched Kangin as he nervously left, chuckled and shook his head "He's so jealous." before going back to using the computer.
The girl went to school, but instead of going to her regularly scheduled routine, which is to tease younger students for their money. She just went to her locker and got her things for her class period. However, she seemed to notice that the students are staring at her and talking behind her back. "Hey you!" Lisa heard. She turned around, and saw a male student that didn't look too happy. "Yes?" Lisa responded. "Why don't you go tease some other kids while you're here?" the student asked angrily. "I've changed. I'm going to stop being my old ways." The student laughed, and sarcastically responded, "Yeah. You just suddenly met someone who told you to change your ways and you suddenly changed, right?" Lisa nodded. "Yeah!" the other student laughed. "Here's something else: It was Super Junior!" the other student and the others around him laughed. "It's true!" the male peer nodded, "Alright, alright. If you bring your favorite 'Super Junior' members here, then we'll believe you."
The boy and his friends left, still laughing, and Lisa upset. Of course, why would anyone believe that I met a celebrity that changes form to change evil and decrease it? she thought, as she gathered her books and headed to her class.
Ryeowook was in the kitchen, looking for something to eat in the refridgerator. As he was continuously searching, he suddenly felt arms wrapped around his middle, and weight on his left shoulder. "Hey~" Ryeowook heard a flirtatious voice in his left ear. "Hi, Yesung." Ryeowook said, still looking through the refridgerator for something to eat. "Are you searching for a snack?" Yesung asked. Ryeowook nodded and sighed, "I can't find anything though." Yesung pulled closer, and suggested, "How about cheese?" Ryeowook whined, and complained, "I don't want cheese. I want something sweet and soft." Yesung smiled and commented, "Just like me?" Ryeowook giggled, and smiled big, "Sure, but nothing's as sweet and soft as you, hyung." Yesung pinched Ryeowook's cheeks and laughed. "Awww, thanks."
Suddenly, Sungmin entered the kitchen quietly, and saw Ryeowook and Yesung together. Sungmin forced a smile and asked, "You guys flirting again?" Yesung and Ryeowook quickly responded and immediately separated from each other. "I don't recommend flirting in front of the refridgerator." Sungmin shook his head. "It doesn't give you the same warm feeling." Ryeowook and Yesung rubbed the back of their heads and laughed nervously, slowly feeling their face turn redder each second. Sungmin chuckled, and approached the two. "You guys are a cute couple. You guys get along real well." Yesung smiled, and answered, "Thank you." Ryeowook, on the other hand, looked sad. He looked like the same emotion as homesickness. Sungmin, however, didn't notice. He was feeling just as heartbroken. "So, you guys enjoy yourselves." Sungmin forced a smile once again and left the kitchen. As soon as he left, Yesung turned to Ryeowook, and asked, "How long are you going to keep this up?" Ryeowook sighed, shook his head, and looked down at the floor. "I don't know. Just until he's satisfied." Yesung sighed, and patted Ryeowook's back. "Here's the problem, I don't think he's satisfied."
Sungmin, after his heartbreaking scene, was walking to a friend of his' room. He knocked on the door, and waited for an answer. "Come in." the voice said. He entered and saw Kyuhyun using the computer. He turned around and said, "Hey, Sungmin. How are you?" Sungmin shook his head, and sat on Kyuhyun's bed. "Not good." Kyuhyun shut off the computer and sighed, turning the chair towards Sungmin. "Ryeowook again?" he asked. Sungmin nodded, not lifting his head, and sighed. "Look, how long are you going to suffer through this?" Sungmin shrugged, still not keeping his eyes off the carpetted floor. "You have to tell him the truth. I mean, you have been suffering for 2 months, and yet, you still haven't confessed. And look where this took you!"
Sungmin started feeling his eyes turn warm and stingy, and felt a tear drop from his duct to the floor. Kyuhyun sighed, and stood up, then sitting down next to Sungmin, soothing warm circles on the other's back, comforting him. "I really wish you would just tell him that you are suffering without him. I mean, what have you got to lose?" Sungmin said nothing. Kyuhyun forced a smile, and concluded, "I'm just saying, instead of hiding how you feel about Ryeowook, just tell him the truth." Sungmin nodded, and finally lifted his head up, looking towards Kyuhyun. "Thanks, Kyuhyunnie. I knew I can count on you." Sungmin gave Kyuhyun a quick hug before departing the bedroom.
Kangin was in the living room, switching through the channels on the television. Sadly, there was nothing on that caught the interest of Kangin. All of the television shows had a scene where it involved envy, jealousy, and/or cheating. "There's nothing on!" Kangin shouted, throwing the remote onto the couch seat next to him, leaving the channel to a math channel where an elderly man was teaching about the history of physics. How boring. he thought. He just stared into space, as if there was something beyond that television screen. He laid down on the couch and placed his head on the armrest of the couch. He suddenly heard, "You know, there are better things on television besides this." Kangin quickly sat up, and saw Eeteuk standing before him. Kangin took the remote and turned off the television. "What's wrong?" Eeteuk asked. "You've never been like this before." Kangin shook his head. "Yes I have." Eeteuk pouted, and sat down next to the other. "Kangie, what's wrong?" he repeated. Kangin sighed, and then leaned his head on the other's shoulder. "I just don't want the Shapeshifters to end. You know?" Eeteuk nodded. "I don't either." Kangin quickly lifted his head, and faced the older other. "Then why did you tell that girl that we are the Shapeshifters?"
Eeteuk sighed, and rolled his eyes. "Listen, I sensed that someone was going to at least know our identity. We have nothing to lose. And besides, she can help us." "How in the world can a 10th grader possibly help us?" Eeteuk smiled, and answered, "Don't doubt someone by their age, Kangie. Remember when I first doubted you because of our age difference?" Kangin sighed, going back to the nervewrecking memory, and nodded. "Yes." "Alright, so don't doubt her. She can probably help."
Kangin started forgetting about what Eeteuk said after that. He started thinking about the worst thing that would ever happen, which was losing his Eeteuk. He didn't want the girl to take away Eeteuk from him. As Eeteuk sensed someone was going to figure out the identities of the Shapeshifters, Kangin sensed someone was going to take away Eeteuk. He always knew that someone as flawless and perfect as Eeteuk was going to be taken away from someone as flawed and imperfect as he. He couldn't sleep with the thought of Eeteuk being with someone else, especially someone who was younger than him. It frightened him. It scared him more than any horror movie. Except, since it's real, it's a horrible nitemare; worse than he expected. @
