The Physical State of My Humiliation
Dancing Up Part 1
He was standing before his future. His dream. His destiny. He was standing before the elevator that will take him to his goal that he has been destined for ever since he was young. And he was ready for this. He knew he was. After all those years of training, he finally was reaching towards his climax and make all of his dreams come true and show everyone that he has what it takes.

As he stepped into his elevator of future, he was arriving to the first floor. He heard the ding in his mind as he approached the entrance of a dark building that was going to make him, or break him. He opened the door, and saw that there was an empty space of wooden floor and a desk and 2 chairs on either sides of it. He took in a deep breath and took his first step in. It wasn't too long after he heard, "Eunhyuk, so glad you could make it." he looked around, looking for the person who called out his name, and finally saw a figure standing way across the room in front of the opposite entrance. The character signaled him to sit down in front of the desk standing in the far left of the area. Eunhyuk nodded and complied, sitting down and watching the other sit in the seat across from him. Finally, Eunhyuk was able to see the full details of the man's face. He had dark, chestnut eyes, a tall, lean face, and had a smooth clean face.

The man sighed, and lifted the stack of papers sitting in front of him on the desk. "So," he stated, looking through the sheets of paper. "I have heard that my brother saw you performing for people in an underground train station in Seoul, South Korea. Is that correct?" Eunhyuk, who was a foreign from English, couldn't really understand what the man was saying. Eunhyuk quickly hung his head, looking at his pocket, then took out his cellphone. He lifted a finger to the man, and quickly said, "One moment, please?" the other man placed the papers back on the desk in front of him, and leaned back in his chair, waiting slightly impatiently for Eunhyuk to finish his phone call.

"Hello?" a voice said on the other line.

"Kibummah. What are you doing?" Eunhyuk asked in the foreign language unfamiliar to the other man, still impatiently waiting.

"Ah, hyung. I was just finishing the dishes before leaving."

"Huh? where are you going?"

"I don't know. I just wanted to drive around, look around the area that we're in."

"Then, Kibum, could you come over to where I am at?"

"Oh? Why? Is something wrong?"

"No, it's just that I am speaking to an American man who is interviewing me about my dancing, and I can't understand what he's saying."

Eunhyuk heard a moment of silence, then a chuckle, then a laughter from the other line.

"Alright, hyung. I'll be over there."

"Thanks. Bye"

"Yeah, yeah."

When Eunhyuk hung up his phone, he rolled his eyes and sighed. He was so annoyed that Kibum could respond like that before hanging up. "So sorry about that sir." Eunhyuk said, watching the other man sit back up and pick up the sheets of paper in front of him again. "Don't worry, it's fine. I don't mind." the man lied. "So, people say that you are a good dancer." Eunhyuk, finally understanding what the man was saying, nodded. "Yes. My friends tell me that I have good dancing skills and are better than most people they have seen." the man nodded, and wrote down a couple of notes onto a piece of paper, then shuffling through another piece of paper. "Ah, so you are Korean; in Asia." Eunhyuk nodded, still happy that he understands the other man. "This is the first time we have seen an Asian come to our agency. Well, at least the first to make it this far." Eunhyuk still nodded, acting as if he understood. "You just might be the first Asian dancer to work for us."

Eunhyuk's eyes widened, shocked that he had a chance to have such a big role. Eunhyuk bowed his head, and smiled. "Thank you. That is such a big honor." the other man threw a quick smirk, before looking back down and writing down a couple more notes onto the sheet of paper. "And sir, how long have you been dancing?" the man asked, not keeping his eyes off of the stack of paper in his hands. "I have been dancing when I was 6 years old." Eunhyuk answered proudly. The man showed an impressed expression on his face, nodding, and writing more notes onto paper. "Do you have a passion for dancing? Or do you prefer something else?" the man asked another question. Eunhyuk took a pause to think about the question, pursing his lips to one side and looking down at the polished, wooden floor. "I honestly prefer dancing more, but I have been known to have a quick sense and tongue." The man nodded, looking down at the stack in his hand and writing with his pen.

He suddenly clicked the edge of the pen, and placed the pieces of paper onto the desk in front of him, looking up at Eunhyuk. "Alright. I will give these notes to my brother and we shall resume our interview tomorrow. Is that alright?" the man asked, signaling Eunhyuk to stand up. Eunhyuk, once again, responded and stood up before the man, who was only a couple inches taller than him. "Thank you for appearing today. We were anxious to meet you." the man said, shaking his hand with Eunhyuk's. "It was a pleasure to meet you too." Eunhyuk stated, finally releasing his grip from the man's hand. "We will see you tomorrow." "Good bye."

As Eunhyuk was leaving the building, he happened to see Kibum's car drive up towards the sidewalk in front of him. Eunhyuk rolled his eyes and sighed, then quickly approached the vehicle. "What are you doing?" Eunhyuk exclaimed. Kibum got out of the car, and headed towards Eunhyuk. "Hyung, you told me to come here." Kibum said, with slight confusion in his tone. "Yes, I did. But why did you come so late?" Eunhyuk asked. Kibum pouted and shuffled his feet. "I'm sorry hyung." he said, looking down at the sidewalk. Eunhyuk, who was originally upset, sighed and held Kibum. "It's fine, Bummieyah. It's not your fault." Eunhyuk said, patting Kibum's back as if he was a small child. Just when Kibum was enjoying the moment, Eunhyuk suddenly pulled Kibum's black hoodie over his head, and ran to the driver's seat of Kibum's car. When Kibum took off the hood and turned around, Eunhyuk was already buckled up and smiling, honking the horn happily. Kibum rolled his eyes, spreading a small smile on his face, and opened the door to the passenger seat.

"Be sure to wear your seatbelt, Kibum."

"Yes, mother." Kibum said with a laugh. @
