"And... CUT! Okay, good job everyone! Dismissed! Thanks for your time!" The director shouted, getting up from his director's chair and clapping his hands. As the director was thanking and praising everyone, I, on the other hand, was looking for the one and only: Heechul.
My name is Kangin. My age is 24, and I am the greatest actor who ever lived! Well, not exactly. But I AM claimed as, "Korea's number one handsome guy, KANGIN". People tease me about my confidence. Maybe it's because they don't have any? Hmmm, maybe! Anyway, I JUST finished filming a new movie, and I did GREAT! I think.. no wait, I KNOW I was the best! HAH! Who DOESN'T know that? Anyway, I saw this pretty boy actor. His name was Heechul. He was telling me stuff about how everyone compliments on how nice and pretty he is. Pfft, only words coming out of his mouth! Anyway, I was looking for him to show that I'M the best around!

I was looking around the busy set with cameras, lights, actors and actresses, stuff like that. I finally saw Heechul's trailer. It was all red, with Japanese flowers as the decoration. Girly much? I knocked on the bright door and crossed my arms, waiting impatiently. The door flung open, and I stomped right in, making the trailer shake. A voice called out, "Hey! Watch your step there! You're messing up my makeup!" Kangin followed the voice, and saw Heechul sitting on a white velvet chair. There was a makeup artist massaging Heechul's face with makeup. I blew raspberry to myself, so annoyed that Heechul's being a snob. Heechul finally got up from the chair, and faced me. He did a small smirk, and asked quietly, "Why are you here?" Hah! I rolled his eyes and smiled, annoyed. "Don't you want proof that I'm better than you?" I glared, stating the most truest statement in the world. Heechul laughed out loud, then shook his head, not believing what his ears had heard. Guess he was jealous? "You want a bet?" we both smirked. I, being the sportsman I was, held out my hand for him to shake. But Heechul, being the snob he is, slapped my hand away, as if he's scared to touch my hand! Pfft, whatever. I don't need to shake no pretty boy's hand! Especially if I'm too good for him...

Heechul and I were walking side by side, looking for an actress to ask who looks better. Obviously, she BETTER say me, otherwise she needs glasses. We saw the one-and-only, beautiful Kim Tae Hee. She was talking with another actor, probably about the movie. Heechul walked up to her, then said, "Hi noona!" Tae Hee noona turned around, then happily said, "Hi Heechul! Hey, Kangin~" she waved to me. Heechul glared at me quickly, then turned back towards noona's direction. "Umm, noona? I have a question. Who do you think is more attractive? Me? or Kaaaaangin?" Heechul asked, glaring at me, probably confident that HE'S gonna win. HAH! Good luck~! Our noona giggled, then looked at both Heechul and me. "Hmm.. That's a tough choice, because you both are very attractive in your own way." I giggled shyly, but I also heard Heechul giggle as well. I have no idea why he was giggling, because I'm pretty sure she was talking about ME. "I think you both are attractive. You both are equally attractive that it's hard to choose between you two." Noona smiled big, then got up, hugged us both, then left. We both glared at each other, but I was the first to let my glare go. I sighed, then said, "I think we shouldn't argue with each other about who's more attractive." Even though I'm more handsome. I thought. Heechul sighed back, then said, "Yeah. Oh, and by the way, I'm Heechul, as you may know..." I smiled, then shook his hand. "Kangin." Suddenly, Heechul's brows went up, then said, "Wow, handsome name." I smiled big and chuckled. "Thanks." We both smiled back, then we suddenly gave each of our phone numbers to keep in contact.

I went back to my house, and I suddenly saw Eeteuk hyung. He had an apron on and thick gloves to hold a heated pot. "Hey, Kanginah! I made you some ramyun, your favorite food." Eeteuk smiled big, and puts the pot on the table. I was so happy that he made my favorite food, just for me. I smiled back and sat in front of the table and started eating. Eeteuk is the sweetest hyung I have ever met. He makes me the best food that I have ever tasted! It makes life easier for me. And he always tells me how handsome I am. Haha, I know I'm attractive and handsome and talented. I met him when I was 4 years old...

FLASHBACK

I was walking around the school, curious about the atmosphere and the students in it. I saw a group of girls playing jump rope. I saw older hyungs teasing little kids for their lunch. And I saw this little boy sitting on the bench, getting teased by a group of 5th grade girls. I tilted my head, curious about what's going on, and I walked over to the group of kids. I saw an older noona push the little boy's head and call him a slut. I covered my mouth, and I gasped to myself, keeping myself from trouble. Then another mean noona grabbed the boy's hair and threw him to the ground, making the rest of the noonas laughing.

The more I watched this, the more mad I got. So, I decided to barge my way through the noona crowd and protect the boy. I heard the noonas' laughing and saying, "What is this?" then they started teasing me. They pushed my head around and pulled my hair and threw me around. But finally, the bell rang, and the last noona kicked me one more time and left. I looked back at the little boy who was shivering the whole time I was getting bullied. I faced him, and asked, "Hi. My name's Kangin. What's your name?" the little boy looked up slowly, then quietly whispered, "Eeteuk." I smiled, then said, "That's a cute name. I like it." I took out my hand, and waited for him to shake it, and he did.

After that day, we became friends and helped each other out with the hardest problems. And that friendship was so strong, it lasted for 20 years...
