Linyt made it to the next test area, a huge white box, and opened the door on the front side; she remembered part of the orientation for the test from a week ago. The first part of the test would be a solo, where one would use their own powers to pass the first trial. The second would be a close working, two person test where the two members would choose each other before hand and use extreme cooperation to make it through. The third test would be a three man test, where only those who made it past the second test would participate, as a premade team, where they would show their team work and face a supposedly impossible or immoral challenge. No one knew what the last test was and the teachers wouldn’t tell them. Linyt didn’t feel like dwelling on it too much, as she was sweaty and sticky from the energy she had to use, fighting the creature from earlier. She could use about ten words in a short period of time without too many side effects, but after that, she would faint with a few more. Her current record was seventeen, and she slept for days after that.
She walked through the door, still recovering from her battle, and saw her partner.
“Well it’s about time girl!” Zangul shouted upon seeing her enter.
“Sorry, I was thinking about the…” She looked down and remembered she was still wearing her teddy pajamas.
“Enough about that, we gotta go now, you gotta see what we’re up against.”
