Linyt was supine, and watched as the beast came towards her. Slowly it reached out its claws, getting ready to disembowel her. Linyt looked up in the sky and searched for the sun, and its bright beams of light, that would welcome her with a warm hug. It stared at her, she didn’t like it.
“Maneo Lamina” She stated, clearly and boldly.
A rift of light shot through the monster, clawing into it from an unknown source.
“Producto Expello” She said, facing the sky, watching as the sky blue color turned into the jet black of night in a small circle above her, making the nearby area much darker.
She smiled and embraced the darkness, now feeling in her element, and faced the monster, getting up slowly. The monster charged at her, rearing its nasty horned head, at her head and making a charge straight for her torso.
“Infusco Invalesco Pugnacitus.” She shouted, feeling the darkness come and swell around her, and launch itself at the monster forming a physical obstacle hitting the behemoth with astounding force. She couldn’t see the attack she made but knew it was happening, breaking bones, ripping organs, and destroying the monster.
As it fell to the ground, she muttered the words “Acerbus Abeo.” And felt her spells dissipate and disappear.
The area started to brighten, andLinyt winced as the light shone on her. When she finally opened her eyes, the monster had been digitally broken down, or deleted, either way she didn’t have to worry about it any more. She looked at her watch and hurried along in the direction she was facing. She had three more tests to do, each worth twenty five percent. Her falling over when she first saw the monster probably cost her a few points though.
