Don't let your mood affect your roleplaying.
Unless, of course, it fits what your character is doing/feels at the time you roleplay.
If you're in a bad mood and your character or the roleplay has a happy atmosphere, try to calm down.
Listening to calm or happy music can help.
Just don't let your mood ruin the roleplay.
I actually almost had this happen today, but I turned on 'My Blade, As My Pride,' which always calms me.
