The same room every time. The best one is the inn, as was always given to him by the owner. A nice woman, but with that creepy sort of smile that was all teeth. She always saved the best room for him. Yet another person who wanted him.
He was lying on the bed, staring at the ceiling. I don’t want to spend another night here. He couldn’t take it anymore. His brother’s lust was bothering him. Why couldn’t he just spend the night at the other person’s house for once?! Why always their place?
He was lost in thought; 101 ways to kill your brother. Number one; rip off his testicles, shove them down his throat, peel all his skin off slowly…
The door to his room opened.
He quickly turned his head to the door. The owner of the inn was there, coming towards him. What did she want? It was late, and he wanted to be alone. “Is something wrong? I paid you the right amount, didn’t I? Same price as always, same 43 Krystali.”
“Why of course you paid right. You always do. But…” She sat on the bed next to him, leaning over him. “That’s not what I’m here for.”
He noticed what she was wearing then. A skimpy little robe, and he didn’t want to know what was under it. s**t. I don’t want this. “Excuse me, but I need to go to the bathroom…” He began to sit up, but she pushed him back down.
“You’re not going anywhere.” She said. “You drive me crazy, you know? Ever since you started showing up here. And you’d come by so often…like you had no home, or you weren’t welcome there, always paying for a room for the night. Well, I figure…”
“Figure what.” He said quietly, in a tone that was sliding towards danger. There was no questioning tone in his words. Not good. She didn’t seem to be picking anything up, however.
“Make love to me, and I’ll let you stay here for free from now on.” She said.
That was it. He shoved away and onto the floor, getting off the bed, towering over her. “No. you’re just like the rest of them. I don’t want to.”
“But-”
“Did you not hear me?!” He said, venom in his voice. “I said NO! I want nothing to do with a perverted lady like you. I don’t care if you never let me stay here again. I’m not coming back. Keep the Krystali, and find someone else to ********.”
She sat on the floor, shocked as Thrash left the room.

“Stupid inn-keeper. What was she thinking?! Like I would honestly…” Thrash was in a rage, one of the only emotions he actually did express, along with frustration and pity. “Stupid. Why is everyone so stupid?!” He kicked a nearby rock, sending it flying into a tree, leaving a dent. He wanted nothing more than to just go home and kill his brother and get some peace.
Stupid Flail. If he wouldn’t do this, or if at least he’d do it somewhere else, then I wouldn’t be having this problem right now.
He didn’t know where to go now. He couldn’t go home, he couldn’t stay at the inn, not at Ariae’s…
How frustrating.
He’d have to sleep in a tree or something. Maybe he should just go back. Screw his brother and whoever he brought home. He didn’t care this time. He was tired of being thrown out of his own house.
It was then that he saw someone walking ahead of him. This seemed a sleepless night for everyone. A voice, singing. It was male. Thrash felt strangely soothed by the voice, his anger dissipating. He stared at the person’s back for a few seconds, then realized who it was.
