I'm about to go crazy. It's been really driving me up the wall. And maybe I don't have the right to talk about this but I'm going to anyway. At least for the sake of relieving a bit of pressure.
I was voting in the art arena and I came across several pictures that had titles that were horridly misspelled. Their art was sort of okay (not really) but their titles were ludacris! Like one was called "Suductive Pumpkin". I assume that they meant seductive because "Suductive" is not a word. You may think that I'm being a bit picky or overly critical about this but I think not. I'll tell you why. It's a piece that you put in an arena so that people can rate you. Meaning that you should be trying to make the best impression possible. I can understand the description being misspelled or grammatically incorrect but the title? You can at the very least look up how to spell the words you use for the title (It's not like there are that many of them!) How much effort does it take to look up a word that you aren't sure about? 4 seconds? You could ask someone else as well. Seductive isn't that hard to spell I learned how in the 2nd grade. I assume, of course, that everyone on Gaia is at least 13 because that is the age you have to be in order to join. I know people who are too young lie to join sooner but since that is so I'm holding them accountable for the age you should be if you are on Gaia. Meaning that if you aren't at least 13 you should be acting 13 or older. That also means that you should have a 13 year old education or higher. This means you should be able to spell and if you can't you can look it up. Go to www.m-w.com for a dictionary. See I'm even telling you where you can go for help!
I understand that not everyone is as dedicated to the written and spoken word as I am. I also understand that people can make mistakes. But you should be taking the steps to correct that once it has been made. An error only becomes a mistake once you refuse to correct it. CORRECT YOUR FREAKING ERRORS!!!! OR ELSE I'LL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR MISTAKES!!! Like the dimwitted person(s) who makes a mistake on their titles for their art... their art which they should feel enough about to correct their spelling errors. If they don't care about their work then it doesn't deserve to be called art and it gets a big fat zero from me. And everyone who takes pride in their art and/or writing should do the same.

I might sound cruel but I'm being blunt. This is how I feel about it. If you feel differently that's fine. If you feel the need to express your differences of opinion, that's fine too. But if this leads you to feel like trying to change my opinion or that arguing with me will stop people from sharing my opinion then think again! I will report you if you flame. My opinion about this is firm. I refuse to change my opinion. That's right, it's an "opinion". As to others sharing my belief... I find that those who share my views already believed them before I stated it. And those who don't are usually those who are guilty of doing this and are mad because they foolishly believe that they should have their idiotic behavior accepted readily. I refuse to accept idiotic behavior, people are meant to be held accountable to others judgements if they willingly submit themselves to judgement. As in the case of the arenas.
