#10- Awoken Light

It was a young boy, or as it seemed. The wings were attached to his thin pale back. He was levitating right above the ground. His eyes were closed as he was floating faced up to the earth. His skin was so pale it seemed to glow white. His hair was neck length. It was curly and was also white. He looked like he was just about ten or eleven years old. But I knew this was no human child. His wings were half the size of his body and glowing a light shade of yellow. They where so magnificent... so beautiful.
I backed away more and I suddenly could feel my fear rising again but I didn't run away. I couldn't. I was stuck here by sheer interest to see what would happen next.
The boy soon landed softly on the ground. I noticed he wasn't any clothes but what was stranger was he didn't have the thing most boys did. There was nothing where it was supposed to be. His body was all smooth, almost like marble.
I suddenly felt that I was able to move again. I took a step towards him and paused to inspect.
His eyelashes were so long, like he was wearing white mascara. His face was so perfect, so amazingly beautiful it didn't look human. His nose was in perfect shape and sat in the center of his face. Even with his closed eyes I could tell his eyes were huge. The most amazing things were his lips. They were a pale pinkish white color. They were like the color of the inside of peaches.
I soon got close enough so see him breathing. He looked so peaceful with his eyes closed. Like an angel.
An angel. Maybe that's what he was. I slowly leaned down to take a closer look at his face. He had small scars on his ear but that was the only flaw I was able to find on him. I felt a little bit less scared but my heart was still thumping hard in my chest. I studied his face. I agreed to myself this was no human face at all. I kept staring at his face thinking about where he came from and what I should do now.
Suddenly his eyelids flew open, his eyes staring straight at the sky. It shocked me and I leaped back in alarm. My heart was racing at a thousand miles per hour now. I couldn't move. I couldn't breathe. All I could do was stare at the boy.
His eyes suddenly turned to face directly at me.
