Well, my dad hasn't paid the Internet, and I've had some trouble connecting to the neighbor's, but I've finally managed, so here I am...

The past few days, we've only gone out two or three times, Kage and I, but it was great.

The day he got here, Keene, Mari, Kage and I all went to The Broken Drum down on 4th. Ate, then played some pool.

Yesterday was the best of it, though. See, I had to go pick up my schedule and everything, and Keene gave me a ride. Then we went to Borders with Luu and Tessa...Kage bought me a couple of manga I wanted. From there, we went back to my place so I could grab my wallet and decide where we'd have lunch.

We went to the Aroma Cafe on 4th for lunch, and then headed to Starbase (an Arcade). I played Soul Calibur II, Tekken 5, and Street Fighter II...but failed several times due to the joystick on first player being hard to move. It was sticky, and since I'm a jumper, it made it a bit difficult for me to fight how I normally would. I blew a few dollars on that game, I think...

Well, Keene had dropped off Tessa and Maria has met us at Starbase, so after a bit we headed to Keene's house and hung out there. Played some Melee, then watched a Harry Potter movie. (I hate Harry Potter, but it was better than nothing). All in all, it was a really great day...a nice way to say goodbye to summer.

I start school again in two days...I'll find some way of dragging Kage on campus with me.
