I dream.

I usually don't tell about my dreams in my journals...but this one, I just have a burning urge to get out. (That'll sound like a bad pun in a minute.)

I had a nightmare last night...I'm not entirely sure of the situation. You know how it is; you can never really remember how things went.

Kage and I are lunging around the house of an old friend of mine, Jenny. I have a bag of clothing and various other items I usually take to a sleepover. We're playing her Wii. Ookami, to be exact.

I leave her room a bit later, wandering to the living room. I don't remember why. Then, I look out the window. I can see the house is sent on a hill, and Jenny's room is on the slope. Then, I see fire. Her room is on fire on the roof.

Panicking, I grab my bag, and begin throwing my belongings in. I run towards Jenny's room, wanting to grab my copy of Ookami, and my Gamecube memory card, but her father stops me, asking if I'm crazy. I panic more. I see then, that her Wii is in the living room. I promptly grab it and stuff it in my bag, leaving the wires.

The next thing I know, we're in a car. Jenny's father is driving. Kai is in the passenger seat, and I'm in the back with my sister, Kage, and two other girls. I don't know either of them. I don't remember Jenny.

One of the girls looks at Kage and I. "He looks so femmy." She says.

I smirk. "Well, maybe I like my guys femmy." At that, I turn to Kage, [scene removed]. I swat his hand away. "My sister's right next to us. Not now."

We arrive in a parking lot, and I see a massive line of people trying to enter a building. I can't tell what it is at the moment, but I see another building nearby erupt into flames from the inside. Kage is with me, and he doesn't react to it.

I'm in line behind the girl who made the femmy comment. Soon enough, we enter what I now know is an airport. It's packed with frantic, panicking people. The girl is thinking of heading somewhere else in Alabama, and asks where her dad is.

"Here, no...let's go to California." I point. "Look, we can head to SF." But she ignores me. I now notice that Kage is leaving; he's on an escalator heading to another floor. I look after him, back at the girl, then bolt for Kage.

Once I reach the next floor, I can't see him. I look around, afraid. I start jumping up and down, shouting his name. However, either I can't scream, or it's too loud. I don't hear y own cries, until the third one, which I hear oh so faintly.

I see more escalators, and Kage coming rapidly down one of them. He's seen me! I thought. I try to push my way through the crown to him, and realize he's not coming towards me...he's running somewhere else, and he didn't even glance at me.

I woke up. Let me make a few notes...

I'm not really friends with Jenny anymore, and no, she doesn't have a Wii. Not as far as I know.

During a fire, I highly doubt I would be worried about my Wii and nothing else. Though, the fire in my dream wasn't really moving...was just on that one spot on the roof. In fact, it was just the roof. It wasn't even in her room.

Kage is not femmy (feminine, obviously). It's just that he has very long hair. Longer than mine. The thing about me liking femmy guys may or may not be true. I can't help but think it's related to something I always say about my artwork: "My girls look masculine and my guys look feminine!" I fail at drawing.

You don't need to know what was in the removed scene. I'll give you that there was a heavy amount of making out, but I'm not telling you where that hand was...alright, fine. So he started groping me. It was a dream, alright? Give me a break. If he actually did that, I'd smack him.

Apparently, we were in Alabama. I don't know why, but we were. I wanted to get back home to CA, naturally.

Now, the disturbing part? I don't know. But I woke up thinking Kage had died in a fire, and I was shaken and on the verge of tears. I have a voice message on my phone, and I'm afraid to check. Turns out it was just dad, and that relieved me to no end. I kept wanting to call Kage and make sure he was alright, though.

I don't know why I felt the need to tell this one. I guess because it's been a while since I really had a nightmare.

The airport was obviously due to Kage's leaving yesterday. I don't know why the fires, though. Or anything else.

*Siiiiiigh...*
