Mom found the note my brother sent me a few weeks back. It was short, only about half a page. I felt strangely disappointed.

I guess I was expecting something else. Maybe "I miss you", or even "how's school". But...I get a sort of bribe.

So, I was slightly disappointed. It makes me think that if I didn't read to the brat, he wouldn't have bothered sending me anything at all.

I still miss him, though. The last thing on the page made me want to cry for some reason. I've never called him my "Brother Bear". But I guess it's just the sentiment kicking in.
