Oh and when their sights entwined,
Such a beautiful transformation,
Metaphorical asphyxiation,
Did then take place! How their hearts blossomed

And what was stone-cold before
Suddenly grew warm and gave life to
This, such a wonderful feeling;
A boy and girl, becoming connected

What can we say of love?
Without experience, no known observation
Can surmise the adrenaline
Suddenly bringing us to life~
What can we say of love?
Gaining and losing, being willing to pay the price:
Can this surmise the longing
We suddenly feel in our hearts?

Oh and now let's skip ahead
To a confusing realisation,
Heart-breaking mortification,
On their wedding day! How their hopes crumbled

And what was flame before
Suddenly died to ash and gave way to
This, such an empty feeling;
Two people in love, realising they're only individuals

~Everyone had gathered to watch this, the heart-warming ceremony
Where they all celebrated love but forgot about personality~
