Chapter 3:

It's only in my mind
That I'm talking to myself
And not to him

I know that he is blind

"Huh? What?"
"Good morning, sleepyhead." Looking down at him was Sakura.
"Sakura, what're you doin' in my room?"
"I'm not in your room *giggle* you fell asleep in the hall last night."
"I did? Huh, no wonder i'm so stiff. What time--?"
"Shh! Wait a sec, Sasuke. D'you hear that?"
"Hear what, Sakura?"
"Listen." from the other end of the hall there came a slight noise as of the creaking of floorboards and the whispering rustle of curtains on an open window.
"is someone there?" No answer. Of course.
"Sasuke-kun, stay here." Sakura crept down the hall. All the doors were closed; no sign of anything amiss. The last door in the hall, obviously near the window, was slightly open. Sakura reachede for the doorknob and slowly puched it open further. Once the door was fully open--
