E y e s: He has black eyes and he looks angry all the time.
O u t f i t: top: He wears a yellow leather Jacket with straps and buckles on it, which is usually open; underneath is a white shirt with a lightening bolt on it.
Bottom: Black tight pants with the usual back and front pockets, and in the back pocket is a yellow handkerchief (which makes the effect of the spikes in the back). and a Yellow buckle belt.
Other: Yellow and Black static fabric gloves and Yellow shoes with white lightening bolts on the sides.

Ears are a bit bigger than other Eevee's and they usually pop to the sides and are low.
