It's a tough choice. Sometimes it seems I'm being forced to choose: will I be religiously observant, or a research assistant? I don't think I can choose both. Today is not shaping up to be a good Purim. Last night I was too anxious about not having showered and stuff to go out to reading and dinner; this morning I had work. And for both of them, I can't find my collar. That's all my costume would've been, just a black nylon pawprint collar and maybe a bit of dark greasepaint on my nose, but I can't find the damn collar. I don't know if I misplaced it, or if someone took it and threw it away because it was "offensive".

	That really is too bad. I love Purim, and this one was my first in Israel in four years. Our Purimon was awesome too. Hope it'll be better next year! ...or maybe you'll be a better Jew and actually get drunk. wink
