Dog was a cat.
A fat, lonely cat.
He had few friends,
Because his name was Dog.
"A cat named Dog?
Who would want to be his friend?"
He hated his name
With all of his heart.
But he never lost hope,
Hope that he would
Soon make a friend.
And he did.
A dog named Cat,
With the same problem.
Ah, what a pair these two made!
At the park, at the mall,
And even at school!
And no one ever
Made fun of either one of them.
Ever again!
*This is one of my worst poems, but i thought it deserved a place in my journal anyways.*
