Starting to think I might have had a very minor seizure in my sleep yesterday morning due to some of the symptoms I've looked up. It would make sense for that weird lingering tingling pain in the top of my head/brain. It's weird, though, as I've never had a seizure, that I know of, and it doesn't run in the family. Not sure if it's worth looking into more since I'm pretty sure this was induced due to the sleep deprivation and severe anxiety I've been dealing with this week. So it's more than likely a singular incident as long as I drastically improve my sleep hygiene and get back to managing my anxiety properly.
