Nothing like waking up from a dead sleep with weird brain issues ™ that made me think I either suffered a seizure or a stroke. Called for an ambulance and had that and a ******** firetruck show up as well;;; Then spend 6 hours in the ER only for the docs to not know wtf happened and nothing seemed life-threatening, so off I was sent back home. Good chance the insomnia issues this week made my brain go a bit weird; that or I have sleep apnea. Gonna take this as a warning from my body to get my s**t together sleep-wise cause that was... terrifying. I do not want to push that further until it becomes a big problem.
