So tired... For about half of the past week I’ve been dealing with a tooth ache. I haven’t been getting much sleep because of it. The first night I was woken up by the pain I tried to deal with it, but after two hours I couldn’t take it anymore and woke my room mate up to get some help. He didn’t want to get up at first so I went to an extreme and said I’d cut myself in front of him if he didn’t go get me something. Not the right thing to do, I know, but I was only thinking of how much pain I was in at the time... *sigh* I wish I was a bit more like my room mate when it comes to tooth pain. He has in the past (and just recently), gotten drunk then pulled out his own teeth. Just bad ones, but that is difficult to do, both mentally and physically. I can’t do what he’s done. I don’t have the upper body strength and I’m a coward when it comes to pain. Can’t go see a doctor either because we can’t afford it. So... yeah, off brand pain management ahoy!

Anyway, the dude from last week that I talked about that we wanted to rent from turned out to be a scam. The house was owned by a realty company who was looking to rent it out for more than double what the online person said. We informed the company about the online guy and we reported the online thing as a scam. The main thing I’m worried about now is having our identities stolen. Before I realized the dude was a scammer, I filled out a thing he said was an application. My name, my room mate’s name and a couple of other people’s names were on that thing. I can’t imagine it’d be too hard to steal the identities of any or all of us. It’s just names and phone numbers, but it can probably be done, and identity theft can f*ck up a person’s life for a very long time. I really hope nothing happens, but if it does, it would be kind of my fault because I’m the one that gave the names out to start with. I could have held off or something. Maybe I should have noticed issues sooner too confused

And aside from all of that and the continued search for a new place to live, I’ve been working on something for another community I joined. The community is based around a particular game series I enjoy, and there will be a community anniversary thing of sorts near the end of November. People usually contribute things like mods for the games for everyone to enjoy. I don’t know how to make anything for the games, but I’ve heard of coloring pages being made in the past, and I can do that, so that’s what I’m working on. It doesn’t look great right now, to be honest, but the community tends to be cheerful and supportive, so I’m hoping they overlook or forgive my not so great art attempt. On the other hand, I am cheating somewhat by using Inkscape, so it probably won’t end up too bad. The rock that a creature is supposed to stand on is giving me the most trouble right now. Making sure it doesn’t look terrible is rather difficult, and I’ve even looked up real rocks and cartoon rocks to help. Hopefully I can figure out how to make it look good soon so I don’t miss the deadline to send it in.
