Secrets of a world unseen,
The wind whispers a deceptive tale,
Behind the velvet cloak of green,
Scurry furry shadows and flicking tails.
Within the veins of all the beasts,
Clear blood runs through the earth,
From trampling hooves to twisted trees,
Such blood shall find rebirth.
And in your eyes as well as mine,
We devour each others’ souls,
I see the past and future time,
Of origins long ago.
And in mine eyes, I hope you see
A paradise of liberty.
