As swift as the flowing of the sea,
As soft as bunnies velveteen,
Its glow caresses my own face,
With trails of tears as thin as lace.
It paints the sky with streams of light,
Amidst flowering patches of white,
A tepid glimpse as it leaves the earth,
Until the morning for rebirth.
