yo, peeps. At the station this weekend, which of course means another entry.
got two small two-pagers done this morning, and the motivation to finish the bigger one and start on real work is GONE. *sigh*
on the plus, the test we're supposed to have tuesday's been moved back a week.
Birthday on Thursday was good! hid my birthday on facebook, but still got some people to write on my wall. whee it was quiet and peaceful, and just how I liked to ring in the two-decade mark.
friday passed in a haze. slept in because i felt like crap, went to class, then to the gym, then shower & lunch, class again, and then slept until 6. roomie woke me up asking if i was getting food, & asked if I was feeling okay. I replied that I was, but the more I thought about it, the more I felt like crap. #overanalyzing
then practiced piano for 3 hours.
scared i have hairline fractures in my leg. It's been a year and two three months since it's started hurting. :l I'm doing all varieties of stretches now, in hopes that by monday I can run without it hurting.
thankfully the internet was right when it came to my "rib" issue; I've been doing specific stretches, drinking lots of water, and doing deep breathing exercises, so I haven't had a problem. :]
up to 10 minutes running now! not at a time; this week they're doing 3 min. run, 90 sec walk, 5 min. run, 2.5 min. walk (doing that cycle twice). I'm usually doing the three days on the C25K four or five days so I'm sure that I'm not dead by the end and can step it up. if that makes any sense. (10 minutes is from doing the first cycle, and a little of the second before my leg hurt too bad to continue...)

got a warm fuzzy in the form of praise Thursday night, too. Tech writing prof had given me an extension on a blog assignment until thursday (because earlier this week I didn't have any of my homework done b/c of the stupid retreat), and when I sent him the final product, he was quite impressed. ^^ He said for the other groups he wrote about 3 paragraphs of praises and critiques, but for mine he simply said, "Job well done."
>.< maybe I do have a future career in tech writing. we'll see, I guess.
.... speaking of tech, I have two assignments to finish for this week. blargh, forgot about those. then two tests instead of three. and two big essays. and re-writing the manual for work.
I need to be completely done at DF by March 15. Like, all of my accounts cancelled, and I'm no longer required. Probs will have to hand back my key, too...
separation anxiety, I guess. I know in the long run, it's going to be great to not have to worry about that job anymore, but until then, it's painful. I've worked for over a freaking year there, and I have to give up all of my work to some noob. I need an application of apathy.
blah. I'm gonna go do stuff, or something.
