you stalk yourself on the student directory,
and discover you have enough credits to be considered a junior in college.
technically, I just finished my freshman year.
pahahahahahaha biggrin
but alas, 'tis true.
were it not for the studying abroad I'm going to do a year from this fall, I could graduate a year early, which would technically make me a junior this coming year.
and possibly even a senior.
the stats:
I came in with 22 credits. You need 24 to be considered a sophomore. Now I have 62 credits, and you need 54 to be considered a junior. As of now, I plan to take 20 credits (mayhaps 21?) this semester, which would put me one or two credits short of being considered a senior, which is 84.
so instead of graduating in the spring of 2015 as the rest of "my" class, and instead of graduating in the spring of 2014 like I would love to, I shall settle for finishing this part of my education in December 2014.
and I'm already chomping at the bit. xDD
BUT I want to do that music thing SO. FREAKING. BAD. because it sounds exactly like what I'd love to do ^^ this is what I'll be doing there.
If things turn out like I'm hoping they do, this will lead to a few more job opportunities elsewhere once I graduate. Otherwise, I simply have no clue what I'm going to do with my life.
so yeah. chomping at the bit.
damn.
job interview went well this morning; they said if I'm hired I'll be working in the gardening department. whee
speaking of plants, dug up some of our many volunteer morning glories and have found them uuuuuuuuber cute new homes in these tiny mason jars I found. I have some thinner-guage wire from other projects (pack rat? oh yes.), so I made little hanger things for them...
my only hope is that they don't die.
if they don't, I shall consider this a success. ^^
painted a trellis this afternoon. I like this summer immensely~
