girls aren't offended by that, right? confused i guess the only people who are offended
really are hoess. y'know. like the farming utensil equipmenty thing? yeahh. that.
hm. so today Riley's coming over to chow on some Checkers. apparently he heard
from Jimmi that their food is the bestest, so we just hafto try some :9 lol, i don't mind.
Checkers really is good! It's my fave thing to eat over the summer~ Their food
is quite fattening though... i legit died after eating it a few times. Fooo.... that wasn't
a pretty sight. lol jk jk~ sweatdrop but yeah... last night I was texting him. He was ultra
super bummed that his mom didn't let me stay over. He had the saddest face in the
world... i want to say he looked like a sad little puppy dog, but no~ he looked more
like an entranced, pissed off zombie. but i couldn't tell him that sweatdrop you don't do
that! it's rude. Apparently his mom said thursday that i could come over friday, but
when she opened the door, she was surprised and said she could never recall such a thing. Eh, too bad~ it's what all moms doo. so she fed me some watermelon and said
i could stay for only 30 minutess. ho well. today's a make-up day for that~ 3nodding ah.
and yesterday was pretty serious tooo... forgot to mention.
he was ultra bummed, and he texted me that he was leaving for Thailand between
august 6th and
14th... that ruined my day. he said he'd been crying. he goes, "Well you missed your
chance to see me cry" and i told him not to anymore. i could tell he was super
serious because he wasn't using punctuation and little emoticons like he usually
does... I told him that i had a permanent frown on my face and he goes, "Just
wait for me and il never let a smile leave your face again." it made me almost
break into tears. i was in the van with john and liana at the time and i told them.
john told me this story from his dad: his dad's co-worker came to study with him
before the civil war in china. he had left his soon to be wife behind to study. then
the war began and they both couldn't see each other for four years. they kept their
relationship strong with the usual phone call once a month and letters. it made me
tear up again, and liana chimes in; i've seen you and Riley in the halls and i've never
seen him so happy. you guys are perfect for each other.

so that's my sappy story for a saturday~ huu. and now i'm bummed. Riley arrives
in about an hour.... ugh. time to do some projects.
