Spirals.
As we spiral into the inner recesses of our mind, slowly slipping into the plague called depression. It warping your mind, your physical appearance. The way you carry yourself, that once happy, self righteous attitude you once had is now only a misconception of what people used to, or now perceive. The monotonous expressions we express, or the body language we reveal is only a insignificant, minuscule glimpse for others to see the true severity of your problem. Now some display an illusion of happiness, put up a believable facade that they choose to display to the public to blend in, and not displaying their true feelings at that moment in time. Not until they enter a private location where there are few or no people do they show their sadness. By either slowly receding into depression over a period of time, or instantly altering their mood to fit their mind's state. As far as solutions go, there sometimes is none, sometimes time can be a factor and all you have to do is wait. Sometimes the issue is demanding, and present, able to deal with but they don't have the strength or courage. Sometimes problems are unsolvable, and until we can come to terms with these truths, you can never be happy. So, continue to put up your walls, or tear them down, you will have to be able to accept the decision you make and respect yourself for it.
