Today I have made a near fatal mistake. This is what happened;

I was on top of the clock tower, Big Ben. I had my target there...Cornelius T. Scottsdale. He had a single maid, which he abused and impregnated. He kicked her out of his manor without a penny. When she threatened to bring attention to this, he had her killed. That dirty scumbag had no reason to defile the earth with his presence. I "encouraged" him to follow me up to the clock tower where I coerced him to jump. He did it himself without me even having to touch him. Even he knew he deserved to die. Unfortunately, I had not realized my sister, Valencia, was standing below. She was supposed to be at the market, shopping with her friend, Alice. She saw the man plummet, even ran to try and help him. He fell only inches away from her, landing on his head. She was showered in blood and brain matter. I was able to escape undetected and made it back to the mansion before her. I wish I could have been there to comfort her. It was hours before she returned with Alice. She apparently had set Big Ben as a meet up place when they split ways while shopping. All I could do was prepare her tea and watch her still in shock.

I have never erred in such a way before, but then again, I am only half-demon. I will still continue with my plans, I will not slip up again.
