"beep!beep!beep!"

The irritating noise sounded several times before a swinging hand slammed it to a

stop.

"Argh!"Liana Mactavish grumbled angrily as she put the pillow over her ringing

ears.Squeezing her heavy eye lids she refused to wake but, it was inevitable.

Throwing the pillow to the floor she turned and sat up ******** cursed in

a harsh whisper.She'd meant to turn off the alarm clock the night before but,

having been so tired she'd merely fallen to the bed.

Rubbing her swollen sleepy eyes with bald hands she let out a soft yawn then

stretched.This day would be longer than the last.


chapter two:


As Liana walked down the new hall ways of the high school her throat ached terribly

She couldn't hold back the hurt she felt that he was with the other.He belonged with

her.She had seemed to be his obsession for so long that the absense of his love

stung and tainted everything.When after five periods and still no signs of iether one

she thought she was home free.Liana was terribly wrong.on her way up to her sixth

period class she spotted them hugging before a classroom and commanded her

self not to run away crying from the sight.

"Liana?"She heard her voice of in the distance being repeatedly called.

"Liana!"This call knocked her out of her riverie."yes?"She asked dazedly as she

looked into the beautiful chocolate brown eyes of a man.

"You're going to be late if you do not step in."Nodding she walked in the class room

and was quite surprised the teacher knew her name.

"Sorry Mr. Lachlan."
