today i saw so many ppl running form the rain like they were going to melt or die from it if they stayed out in it too long i could hear ppl saying "ahhhh im getting wet!" then run for cover. why r ppl so afraid to get wet its only water u swim in a pool but u cant let rain fall on u. its only like a shower with colder water. they all run in side and hide from it, they get depressed by it, u hardly ever meet ppl who love the rain, most hate it and for no reason but they get wet and it gets dark. but as i saw everyone run for cover i ran out in to it i looked to the sky and it started raining harder i couldn't help but smile and ppl just stared at me like i was crazy as they walked by with there umbrellas saying they would hate to be stuck without one. and then there i am looking socked ant loving it a huge smile on my face and ppl sending there crazy stares at me, it only made my smile bigger. rain is not depressing its cleansing, its healing, its soothing, and relaxing, its relief made by nature so its pure. there's no reason to run from it but instead they should run to it and rejoice in it and let them selves be free in it let it wash away all the pain that they may feel and just relax. how can u experience life if ur not willing to get wet? y spend all that time running when all u have to do is walk right on into it and let ur self go just for a moment in time relax and feel free, feel the rain beating down like a drum as it pitter paters on the road feel it slide down ur face and wash away ur tears. just stop for only a moment and think of everything good that's going on in ur life and let the bad be forgotten in time, let them slip away with every drop that falls on u let them cleans u and clear ur mind of everything just for the moment feel free and think of nothing.
so i ask again for i can't find the answer for myself: y would ppl run and fear something so helpful and refreshing as rain? simply to stay dry doesn't seem like that good of an explanation.
