The Definition of Hate
This is no formal essay on hatred, or the examples of it through history. No, this a very subjective, very short writing on the topic.
Hatred isn't the sadness or pain others bring to one another. It's not what gay people suffer through. It's not what people of any race deal with from other races. Hatred is something primal, something that lies deep within a persons heart, and it is born from loss, from betrayal, from hurt. People do not spread hate; they give birth to it, and they nurture it until it spurs people to go insane. I know hate, and fight it everyday. I do not hate others, though others "hate" me. And as long as I am alive, I will fight that beast, and keep it in check. Will you?
