What Twilight's basically done is taken generations' worth of rich, diverse folklore, put it under a plate, placed that plate between the hind legs of an elephant being fed laxative-covered foliage, then ran off to hide as the brown magic starts. Then it invited a whole load of other "writers" to join in. Apparently succubi and incubi are now the exactly same as vampires. If they ruin Lilith and the Greek Lamiae as well, I will march into their houses and rip their hearts out.
