Following the work I had done on the Mecha Slime, I thought it would be educational to use a human body. This one in particular was recently deceased and, before you jump to any conclusions, I'll say that his demise was not my doing. It did, however, require a trip to the hospital morgue and a slight misuse of my title as a Doctor. A lab coat and a professional air about you make for a convincing ruse. Moving on...
The body was more than I could have hoped for. My previous experience with raising the dead (don't ask) helped greatly and I was able to bring the brain back to minor functions. After that, I sedated it and got to work on the body, essentially peeling it open and replacing the original components with various robotics. I used many of the strongest materials I had on hand to create a powerhouse. When it was finished, the shell was his new skin, though, I left the hair visible.
Though it is equipped to take some savage blows, it is still a mindless zombie with programming. I was able to tap into a few of the brain's normal functions and create a false muscle memory, which worked to "teach" it skills, as opposed to simply adding a gun firing program or sword fighting, etc. That was manual, however. I also worked in a mild learning program based on the brain's natural ability, so that he can read and understand manuals and work machinery. As a side effect, he seems to have an affinity for machines and can work most weapons without having used them before. The unexpected ability is a little unnerving, but very useful.
As I said, however, he is mostly a zombie. If not given a directive, then he stands there, awaiting orders. It was the only way I could stop him from wandering off and...well, I don't know what he would do of his own free will. It's a dangerous thing to work with, yet, I feel compelled to explore it anyway.
Side Note: The military garb was added for when he lacks a directive. If he's going to just stand there, he might as well look imposing.
