Chapter 10: Back to Inuyasha and Kagome

"Kagome, do you think that maybe when we get done with all of this Naraku business we could get married and have a couple kids?" Inuyasha asked.
"Yeah, sure. I would want to be with you anyway. But it depends on how long the whole Naraku thing lasts too. But yeah, we can do that! I would be happy to! Kagome said with joy.
They were heading towards where Link, Zelda, Mitako's troop was resting. Kagome could tell easily.
Zelda's aura radiated across the great distance where they could contact each other through the power of the aura.
"I can smell humans. And I can smell a different kind of human smell. They're just ahead of us. But I also smell something else. It's not demon or human. Not even bones or graveyard soil. It's not like any of the smells I've caught before." Inuyasha said.
"Inuyasha, they're not humans. They're Hylians. Totally different. The second smell though, I dont' know what your talking about. Really, I don't know what your talking about. Kagome said with confusion in her voice. She was wondering about the second smell Inuyasha was talking about because she was sure that it had to do with enemies being out here in Hyrule Field.
They began to cross the water when they Hylian encampment was spotted.
"KAGOME! I SEE THEM! THEY'RE RIGHT ACROSS FROM US!" said Inuyasha excitedly.
Here we go again. It's always the same way with Sango and Miroku. Why does it always have to be someone we know? I mean, really? We were just having a conversation on the whole marrige thing. and now he has to blurt out about this group. Inuyasha, you nead to learn about not blurting things out right away. It's really getting annoying now. Kagome thought.

"Your right. I love you Inuyasha. We should be together more. When I need to go home, you should come with me. Just be sure that you don't interupt my schoool work. Mom would get pissed, ans so would gramps. Souta, not so much! Souta would actually would be glad to have you there with us!"

"I really do have to spend time with your brother. OH, how fun that will be! He really gets on my nerves." Inuyasha said.
Kagome looked at him for a quick second, then looked away.
"I wonder how Terri is doing. She can't get ahold of me while we're out here in Hyrule. They don't have cell phones and such. Neither does the fuedal era of Japan." Kagome said, thinking aloud.
