I had to do this quickly. I opened the window silently. I pushed the red veil I was wearing out of my face and climbed into the window and landed on the floor. Mary saw me and I signaled her to be quiet. Sam was looking through the window, and I nodded at him. I took the Magical Poison out of my boot and opened it. Asrai was holding the torch closer to Mary.
"Prepare to die," she said. Then I sprung.
I jumped onto Asrai's back and yanked open her mouth. The torch fell onto a pile of straw. Then I poured 3 drops of the poison into her mouth. I didn't know how much I was supposed to use, since there was no instructions; I guessed it was enough.
"Where are they?" I asked Mary. I followed her into a locked room. When I opened it, I saw everyone!
"Thanks for saving us!" said Lilith. But where was Matthias? Sam appeared beside me.
"Where's Matthias?" I asked. Everyone shrugged. We had to find him.
"We have to hurry," said Sam, looking behind him. "That fire is spreading quickly!"
Oh no! What if Matthias burned in here?
