Look, here's the awful truth: Evolution is a more plausible theory than the Creation Story. Here's the thing: The Creation Story is just that, a story. While the "just a theory" of Evolution is supported by millions of verifiable scientific, mathematical and logical facts.

Although I personally can't explain all of this myself (like I always say: DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH) I will try to cite some examples that prove the theory of evolution's credibility. There are millions more of facts that have been verified, and proven and proven again to the theory's favor. (You can skip the facts and go ahead to the last two paragraphs if you want to.)

Like homologous structures. Did you ever notice that the bones of humans, cats, whales, and bats although different in size still have the same formation of the same classification of bones? There is always a noticeably prominent arm bone, followed by what seems to be a forearm consisting of two bones parallel to each other, preceded by what bones constitute fingers and toes and even hooves. This is true with many animals, including the four I mentioned earlier.

Or how about beneficial mutations? Like how some mosquitoes today cannot be killed by some of the old kinds of pesticide we created, and how constant development must be made due to the mosquitoes' adaptations to our chemicals? Or how viruses form different strains across different species and mutate to withstand developments in pharmaceutical drugs? This is proof that these simple creatures have the capacity to evolve in a short period of time, because the less complex the functioning systems of an organism is, the shorter it will take for it to adapt. The more complex, the longer it will take, and this is why it took us to evolve from apes to humans billions of years.

Natural selection. Ever notice how inferior (not in an insulting sense, but in a way that's practically speaking) like slower animals, animals that can't adapt as well as other species in a different climate, animals that can't traverse complex terrain, etc. tend to die out? So the more adaptive species end up surviving in the long run. And adaptation after adaptation, one natural removal of inferiority after another, the smartest and/or the most physically capable animals end up as the ones we see today, survival of the fittest in its most complex and natural form.

Gravity. Yes, gravity supports the theory of evolution for many obvious reasons like the fact that bone and muscle development occurs in humans and animals when they exercise or move is because they are trying to resist the force of gravity and the fact that organic material can form amino acids in intense pressure, which is supported by the fact that the core of the earth is hot due to intense weight and pressure brought about by the mantle and the crust's mass.

What about transitional fossils? From single-celled organisms to jawless fish to early amphibians to early reptiles to mammals to primates to humans, there are hundreds, maybe thousands of species and branch-offs in the evolutionary tree. Here, I'm only going to show a few species of the many that transitional fossils from primates to humans.

To Human.

The story of Creation suggests that we live in a 6000 year old universe, well if you believe that, then stars outside our solar system should not exist because many of them are farther than 6000 light years. "Oh, but God made stars small just to light up the sky, and the sun isn't a star and blah blah blah." Crazy gibberish. What? You expect the universe to just be a black canopy full of white holes that twinkle? How old are you? Five?

If you believe in creationism, then you have to deny the many systems, maths, and studies that allow for material dating to be accurate and usable as reference.

Like Potassium-Argon dating, Argon-Argon dating, Rubidium-Strontium dating, Samarium-Neodymium dating, Lutetium-Hafnium dating, Rhenium-Osmium dating, and Carbon-14 dating (and yes, cdk007 was right, even I thought that this was the only one.) These are only a few of the millions of facts that support the theory of evolution. This "mere" theory is one of the toughest pills to swallow even by the most fundamentalist of Creationists. This is not about belief, this is about TANGIBLE PROOF AND EVIDENCE. In fact, Catholic schools teach this in their class but have the audacity to insult it and call it "just" a theory to keep the students narrow-minded. And their only reason seems to be that "It's because this is a Catholic school! And it's just silly, humans coming from apes? Impossible!" when they are obviously ignoring all the facts around them and blindly accept everything else that the maths and sciences have to offer.

What do you expect me to believe? Proof that supports this theory, or to believe in some book that says a magical bearded man spat out the oceans and made a woman from some guy's rib? What's more impossible? This isn't to insult belief, you can believe that some 2000 year old Jewish zombie will rise from the dead to save you from 2012 by symbolically eating his flesh, I personally don't care. But to use this STORY to deny millions of facts and to obscure the view of children who have such great potential? That's corrupt, that's fascist, that's obscurantist, and that's just plain stupid.

And now a short word about Bendy Straws... (LOL)

At the forefront of juice, chocolate milk, milk-shake, and gourmet gin drinking, the bendy straw is probably one of, if not, THE most invaluable and epic creations mankind has ever achieved. Since its creation in 1937 by American inventor Joseph Friedman, the bendy straw, or in its time was called The Flexible Straw, has been the most widely utilized and user-friendly beverage sipping device that has ever hit the market. Many straw variations have surpassed the limitations of the bendy straw, but these are still not as famous as this wonderful invention. This is still the ultimate choice for straw utilization of the common man.

Bendy straws are one of the creations of man that see no evil. It does not judge, it doesn't even speak, so it speaks no lies. This creation, under the noses of almost all human beings, is what secretly brings many people together. People don't realize the true nature of the bendy straw. Many do, and many search for its light and truth, but the overwhelming majority in the human population of over 6 billion people still have no idea of its greatness.

People do fight wars, steal, kill, extort, and do all sorts of malevolent acts to each other to achieve their own ends. It's always been and will always be a fight for the position on top of the rest. What they don't know is that all this fighting, all these wars, all this death is still overshadowed by the unseen fact that most of these people share one thing in common: They drank, are drinking, will drink, or want to drink one beverage or another with the use of the bendy straw. They don't know that the opportunity is always there, under their hairy noses.

This is the truth about bendy straws, it is one of the few things that secretly unite all men, even under the heat of war and corruption.
