My theory: Sakura faces off with Sasuke and there shall be a loooooong speech (with a flashback) (after Sasuke's battle with Danzo, which both will leave alive but HORRIBLY injured and/or weak) about how he should STOP ALL OF THIS and COME HOME. Sasuke shall mock her and Konoha's 'Will of Fire' ideals. She will try to kill him but will hesitate on the killing blow. Sasuke SEES HIS CHANCE and kill no, knock her out.
Meanwhile, Naruto has finished speaking with Sai when someone will 'feel' that Sakura's chakra has gotten weak. (This will be either Tenzou or Kakashi). He warns the others and Naruto (after a moment of shock (!)) they shall hurry to the scene. Upon seeing Sakura dead unconscious, Naruto will tell the others 'stay back, this is personal/this is my fight' and go after sasuke HIMSELF. He will either use Sage Mode or Partial Kyuubi to fight against Sasuke. Sasuke, although injured and/or weak will attempt to fight, but in the end they shall both be INJURED and DEPLETED of Chakra. Karin gathers Sasuke's body (whilst blushing subtly) and throw some random insults before leaving. Naruto will pass out and both him and Sakura will be retrieved by their comrades.
