Random story two, entry one
It was midday and I stood Leaning up against a tree; letting my thoughts wonder. I had just finished my chores, leaving me bored with nothing to do. A Fall breaze made me shiver. Still, I didn't move, thinking about getting my jacket; if I went in, father would give me more chores. Another breaze came through, rustling the leaves. I sat down leaning my back against the tree. I was ready for a wait. The branches of the tree creacked from a missing wind, releaving itself of its last leaves. Closing my eyes; tired of the work, I felt the tree. Father could never cut it down because mom would never let him. I sat there, lost in thought, the birds chirping, the wind blowing; all is calm. I could smell my mothers cooking; the sweet aroma of pie swirled throughout the air. I opened my eyes as leaves cluttered all around me. I was looking into the limbs of tree, none of them familiar. Turning my head, I saw a bridge over clear water and a road the led the way across the world; an adventure yet to come. Staring at the road, I soon felt like leaving; to follow the road to the unknown world beyond. I felt my limbs pick me up and carry me pas the bridge; to follow the road. Alomst unaware of myself, I thought of what or where the road led. To a mountain of gold or crystallin palace. Maybe a place where the most difficult things are explained before your very eyes. Freeing myself from my thoughts, I found myself in a clearing; a statue stood infront of me. It was a beast with hideously long fangs, a mouth poised wide open, ready to swollow you whole. The eyes, only stone, were tainted red as if blood was smeared on them. The air seemed moist as if the statue was breathing. the inside of the mouth, black as night, looked as though you could fall into it; into the void. I squinted my eyes and looked in. I saw colors, more color and more. they grew within themselves as if alive.
