Ah, yay! Time for another entry. Today I go to my sisters. So I'll be gone for a bit. Today we start a challenge. We're going to try to loose five pounds this month, the weigh in will be today and the other will be on January first. No weigh ins between so we never know if we've made the five pound challenge yet or not. So we keep working. I hope to use this journal as a record of progress so those that read it and are interested can see what I'm doing, and others can offer suggestions. Though I highly doubt this is getting read. So, I'm going to have fun anyways!
Today we'll probably use DDR as a workout method while I am at my sisters. At home I plan to use Zumba.
This weeks goal is to increase the amount of water I drink. I rarely touch the stuff so its going to be difficult. I'm not prone to drinking the right amount of liquids so I'm always dehydrated. So, yeah, thats the first priority. Second is to follow the seven day plan listed on Zumba when I get home. Also trying some of the recipes that are cheaper then the others. And work on getting in replacements for what I can't afford.
Day One. I'm very hopeful about this. And I have a positive attitude. Wish me luck!

the best way to lose weight is to just get your heart beating faster from what i hear... so anything that excites you.. and you mispelt "lose" stare
personally i don't really have to worry about losing weight that much because technically i'm "underweight" according to that chart thing that ppl use.
so for you i suggest... TOUHOU XD
by the time you get to the final stage you'll have lost 30 lbs atleast =p
