A girl confesses to the guy she likes, but another suitor appears. And, while he's a punk and she doesn't like him at first, he slowly wins her over.

Only it turns out that he is the son of the principal of her school, and, more importantly, he is the son of her mother's fiance. Meaning, they will soon be siblings.

It was a sweet story. You could feel the weight on Kayano's (the girl) shoulders, even while feeling the happiness being with him brought her.

I feel like there are several points that it could have ended and I would've been happy, but it's nice to see all loose ends tied up. I really wished it had ended with the scene in the hospital where her soon to be father says they should all be happy together and then a prologue to tie up looser ends, but that isn't to say the next few chapters weren't good.

Very good one. Worth the read.

Parental Disclaimer: There is only one scene where it is implied they have sex. And the following morning, he jokes about having seen her naked while she's still embarrassed.
