Kasai stormed into her room fuming at the what had just happened. "How the hell did she get away!? People didn't even talk to her? How did she do it.?" she yelled. She pulled at her waist length white hair. "Ugh I hate that girl!!!" she cried out into the open room. She stopped and grinned a thought having passed through her mind. "But now I can insure my place as heiress without any compotition.Soon I will rule Delacroix and Arcadia!" she started to laugh when she noticed a man watching her from the window outside her window. She picked up a heavy brass paper weight and threw it at the window. It crashed threw the glass easily. Though it's intended target dodged it easily. The man jumped throw the window and grinned.
"I happen to disagree with you my dear. For i am the heir to Arcadia. As the rightful prince to the night walkers. Your fathers drones are nothing, but demons in disguise.They are not worthy to be called Vampires.And neither are you my dear." He said calmly in a seductively smooth voice. He advanced on her and smiled revealing thick, strong fangs. His eyes glowed the brightest blue she had ever seen.He raised his hand and smoothed down his short brown hair.
"Who the hell are you?" she screamed in his face.
He looked at her "Oh forgive me I forgot to introduce myself.I am Lucas your father's my boss you could say." he grinned looking at her.
"So why are you here?" was her curt uncaring reply. She turned her back on him and walked to her bed sitting on the edge. She watched him with wary eyes. Not sure what to think of him.
He sighed and walked to her bedroom door. Glancing back at her he said "I was suppose to meet my future wife today, but it seems she slipped right out of my fingers." he opened the door and walked out leaving Kasai in a stunned silence. 'Leyli was suppose to meet her fiance today!'
"So that was why father was so upset.His preciaous deal with Lucas and his father was on the line today." she grinned showing regular teeth. "Well this does help even more it seems.That I will have to suduce that man and marry him instead to get Arcadia,but I guess it's worth it." she smiled and laughed hysterically.Before laying down.
Meanwhile Morzon was in an intense meeting with Lucas's father about the ruined meeting and the runaway bride.
"I can not believe you dishonored our deal and let her escape from here!!I thought you said it was impossible to escapre from here?!" said a dark skinned man sitting infront of Morzon.
"I am sure she had help and inplus this could work out for the best.If she were to escape with some demon they would only have enough power to go as far as the farthest village of Arcadia. So nevertheless she is still in our grasp." Morzon replied clenching his fist. He really didn't like to negotiate with the filthy breed that lived up in Arcadia.Even though he himself was the leader of them. He needed the Etet's help to keep Arcadia to under control. Even though the only difference between himself and the man infront of him was his full breed blood.Which made all the difference in ranking.
"Father." came a voice from the doorway. Lucas stood there his arms crossed over his chest.His body relaxed. "It is ok.We will find her.So there is no need to cancel our arrangement." He slowly walked into the room and pulled up a chair beside the two older man.
Morzon smiled "Your kids got a point!" he said looking at Lucas with admiration in his eyes. 'I knew he was a good choice to hold her down.Keep her from getting that scythe.'
The elderly man sighed "I suppose.Though Lucas I must say you will have to get her to marry you first before I hand down my control to you." He stood and left the room immediatly after finishing his sentence.
Lucas cursed silently to himself. "Damn man is never gonna just die and he'll know if I plan to kill him."
Morzon interupted him "I think I can help you there." he said an evil gleam in his eyes. The two men leaned there heads togethor in conversation.
