After the baptism last week (On Saturday in L.A. Yeah, sorry guys, no gifts. D=), A lot of my understanding was opened up concerning family, friends, and religion...
But, that was last week.
XD
Incidentally, I learned of a new song by Santana called Into The Night (And I love it. I swear to god, Santana is ******** godly. =D *hero worships*) so I tried to get the tabs to play it. The intro is theoretically not hard at all. It's very easy, in fact, but there's adifference between what you see, what you hear, and what you play....

But anyway. I played the opening chords and I realized something about the first three chords. I had heard them before. What's more, I identified them right away as being three chords that were used in the opening for Put Your Lights On (Another Santana song that I really like. X3 Actually, the entire Supernatural album is amazing. D= Go out and get it, people. D= ) and had a thought that Santana seems to really like these particular chords. They're (in no particular order... >D cause I'm being evil. >D):
A major, C, and G.
After giving a listen to Into the Night while out driving, I realized I had to individually pick out the strings for the chords, but I wasn't really satisfied with that. XD
So, I decided to search out Put Your Lights on as well...
... Duuude... So easy... =D

It's just a bit difficult to sing and play at the same time due to the way it's played....
None the less, my love for the song and the ease with which I KNOW it can be played will combine into my eventual ability to play and sing it perfectly. >D
