A poem I wrote about racism.
I was sad.

Who are we?

I am the little black boy
Who sleeps in the corner
Being mocked at by big white boys
because of my race.

I am the little asian girl
Who struggles with my grade
To please my mother
so I doesn't get yelled at.

I am the mexican man
Who begs for money
Because no one will hire me
because my mother was mexican.

We are the people
Who try and fight off racism.
But no matter what the odds,
we will never win.
