I have just discovered the art of Flash Fiction. Flash Fiction is a short story ranging from 500-1500 words. The point is to complete the story one setting. Funny, because if you think about it, fanfiction drabbles are just like Flash Fiction.

The thing I love about drabbles (and/or Flash Fiction) is that as long as you have an idea, it's about as easy as eating pie. You use a lesser word count and can still get your point across without being too wordy.
And that's the key. Don't get too wordy. Paragraphs should be three or four sentences long becuase chunky fat paragraphing is distracting to the reader.
All I have to do is remember that emotion can be expressed in little words and BINGO! There it is and there it was, flash fiction. burning_eyes
