Hello! So what happened today? Let's see.
First off, I came down with a cold. That wasn't any fun. My throat hurt mostly, so I couldn't yell at anybody today. I had to hand in my ComTech assignment, which was kind of pitiful considering the fact that I haven't even started my animation yet. sweatdrop So I handed in anything that I had done. I hope that I don't have to repeat the course. (I have a 45% currently. gonk I seriously don't want to take that course over again!) I also bought a memory stick at the school library, which will come in handy because my printer's crap. It finally bit the dust after so many years. I think that a proper burial's in order, folks.
The boys in my History class were being jerks again. They were making fun of my hair again. This one boy Draker wrote this really terrible poem. It went something along the lines of "Your hair shines like bacon grease. We'll never lose you because you smell so bad." You know. Immature little boy stuff. Then some people drew really unappropriate pictures in the books we were using. (I swear, who was the bright-eyed twit who came up with co-education anyways?!)
English is piling up around me. I HATE novel study! We have to do questions for each chapter of course, but then we have to ilustrate some chapters, and then we have chapter projects, AND we have a cullminating activity on it! cry Goodbye 95% mark. How thou will miss thee. . .
THINGS THAT MIGHT IMPROVE THE GOVERNMENT/WORLD
1. There will not be (a huge) paycheck for the role of Country/Continent Leader. If this is put into place, the people with the good ideas will run for office, instead of the money gluttons.
2. World Trade=World Trade. In other words, we go back to the Bartering System. As in, "Afganistan has oil, we have food. Do you want to trade?" If something like this was put into play, we might have dodged a bullet.
3. If the leader of a countrycontinent does something that endangers another country/continent, the leader will be booted out of office. We can not have terrorists running the countries.
4. The Leaders of the Countries/Continents must have a keen understanding of History. Because those who do not know History are doomed to repeat it.
5. COUNTRIES MUST SHARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THIS HAPPENED, THERE WOULDN'T BE A WHOLE LOT OF POVERTY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!! EVERY THREE SECONDS, A KID DIES BECAUSE OF IT!!!! IF COUNTRIES BUILT SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES, DON'T YOU THINK THAT IN A FEW YEARS, WE'D HAVE NEW COMPANIES AND JOB OPPORTUNITES?! I MEAN, COME ON!! IT'S CALLED, "WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND."!!
6. COUNTRIES MUST TALK!! VIOLENCE DOESN'T GET YOU ANYWHERE!! AND LOOK HOW MANY LIVES ARE BEING DESTROYED IN THE PROCESS!! I MEAN, I REALLY RESPECT THE VETERANS WHO RISKED THEIR LIVES FOR OUR FREEDOM, BUT THERE MUST BE A BETTER WAY!!!
Woo, that took a lot out of me. But you must remember that one person can make a difference for better or for worse. So lend a helping hand once in a while. Buy a hungry person a bowl of soup. A little can mean a lot.
