	pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcaniconiosis -- a real word


It is in the regular english dictionary at 45 letters long--- the longest word in it. The definition is cancer of the lungs caused by volcanic ash. The story behind it is that it was made up. It wasn't even a real word, but made up with fake symptoms. The big blast is that they found that it was actually true and the symptoms factual.
