We practiced all of our music the day of. [exciting!] Mi'Shelle wasn't there because
she had to go to a luncheon, so I was a temporary stand-in for her part. Kristen was being a ... [wonders what Amy would say] A jerk - I guess for lack of better word because of that and who knows what. Maybe she was antsy? I don't care. Anyway, she just wouldn't leave me alone. -blinks- So, now I have Antoinette’s screeching in my ear instead of Kristen's lovely singing. -is a little peeved-
We got to the concert. Jeans and colored shirt. We warmed up with the SSB [star
spangled banner, duh]. We got inside. We did a gay cell phone thing [remember to turn off your cell phones! message] w00tness. [deedlebob la do] We sang our songs:

Les Miserables
My solo went really well in Les Miserables [ "I Dreamed a Dream" ] but Wendy had
missed part of it because of Megan. I only made a little mistake conducing on my
song, but nothing major. Mrs. Openshaw handed out some awards. I was surprised that I had gotten the Conductor's Award. n_n I was really happy about all of the nice things she said about me. -nodnod- She said I really "blossomed" [she says this a lot now], I always sing whatever part they needed, and I came late, etc. That's all I really remember from that.. -blinks- But yeah, I was surprised. And then I got my letter [I thought I had lettered last year? I don't remember anymore -sweatdrop!!-] That was pretty much the concert.
When I got home, I realized that it was my last concert for choir, and then the next day would be my last band concert....
I had cried so much, even though I was tired.
