My word!!
I just finished watching The Princess and the Frog and just couldn't help giving my opinion on the movie!! In short, it was great! Although there were some parts of the story that I felt were rushed, it was a joy to have a Disney 2D movie once more. The characters were charming and witty, most of the music was catchy and enjoyable [I've found that within a lot of 2D animations, in our present times, always break-out into lame songs], and an endearing message. I CANNOT wait for the movie to go be released on DVD.
My favorite character? Ummm... During the first half I adored Lottie. She reminded me of a small terrier on crack! She was too cute. However, the second half I really enjoyed watching the Prince's transformation from a presumptuous womanizer to a gentleman who's needs centered upon someone else rather than just upon himself. MMMMM, and I LOVED Tiana's "girl power"!!! Hell yeah!
