Biggest reason I don't like people: I know too many smart people. This means I know too many egotistical people. It's funny how it can take so long to figure out that I don't like someone, or don't like something about them enough to ruin everything else I could like about them. Had a "friend" who thinks they know everything. Now, I'm being real, I can admit it when someone is smarter than me. But just because you know more than me doesn't make you smarter than me. And just because someone is smarter than me doens't mean they know more than me or that they are always right. Sidenote: I extremely dislike it when it has to become a personal vendetta or any molehill into a mountain thing just because there is a disagreement. Debates exist for a reason. I deliberately avoid any conflicts I can predict. I'm not looking for fight everytime there is a disagreement. It's a waste of time and energy. Anyways... I've had too many horrible "friendships" that sucked the life out of me and basically turned me off from people. I finally have people in my life that make me want to like mankind and thats not going to play unless I let go of my baggage. So, I need to stop clinging to stuff/relationships/people that make me unhappy and angry and generally depressive.
