"All By Myself"
I am always so alone
This loneliness never-ending
I feel I am on my own
By myself, I am standing

I feel like an endangered species
There are so few people like me
we are as scarce as December daisies
By myself, I am standing

This world is always changing
Like Thanksgiving turkey to Christmas elf
But here I am still standing
All by myself

I have often been labeled anti-social
Because I am so shy
I don't talk around certain people
And I am often unsure why

I find it most difficult to talk to women
Unless they come to me
And they start the conversation
Especially when they are pretty

Sometimes I wonder about my destiny
Am I destined to die alone
Or is there someone out there for me
Out in the great unknown
