Why I hate Emos.
1. Their clothes don't fit. Too-tight clothes are just as ugly as too-baggy clothes, especially when you are overweight or have no figure, which the majority of teenages are these days. Buy pants that you can actually get on all the way and button at your waist, where they belong. I don't want to see your underpants, that's why they're called 'under'pants.
2. Their hair is unwashed. I don't know, maybe it's just gel to make it stay in your face or the cheap drugstore black hair dye they use, but it looks terrible. It looks greasy and unwashed, like you haven't showered for days. And maybe they haven't because they all tend to smell, also.
3. They complain about everything. And it's not even the things that actually matter. Sure complain that you failed your test when you studied your arse off, or that you can't loose weight even though you're doing everything right, that's fine with me. But don't complain about how your mom won't let you dye your hair blue, or you can't fit into your little sisters jeans. You're not supposed to fit into those jeans, and your hair looks just fine the way it is naturally.
4. The "Homosexuality" thing. The majority of teenagers who claim to be gay or bi, aren't actually either. They are curious about the lifestyle, so they explore. Its the same way you used to put everything in your mouth when you were two. Because the gay community is a lot more open than it has been in previous generations people are curious about it, and the only way they feel comfortable learning about it is by putting themselves into it.
5. Cutting yourself, and other forms of self-inflicted hurt are NOT COOL Believe me. I have known plenty of people who were actually clinically depressed and suicidal. They DON'T want to be that way. Cutting is a bad thing, even to them, they just can't help it sometimes. It's not something that you want to advertise or go to school and say 'lulz I cut myself yesterday because my mom wouldn't let me go to a concert'. It's DISEASE. And it needs to be medicated. And that's not "cool".
